I ordered a 7 inch mini WiFi Netbook from this company on Dec.18, 2012 as a gift for my son.

Cost for express ship (29.99 was included).. the funds were debited from my account on Dec. 18. It is now Feb.27, 2013 and I have still not received computer...not received phone call.

letter, credit or an answer to numerous emails. I am not sure what recourse I have at this time.

Don't know if the company is still in business or not.Need some refunded or explanation to why this is happening would be great!

Monetary Loss: $125.
